
Bulgaria VTMIS Software Upgrade Case Study
In December 2025 V-Marine Oy successfully completed the services for the upgrade of the Vessel Traffic Management and Information System (VTMIS) of Bulgaria software.
The services include:

VTMIS Upgrade design

Technical consultations

SW installation, integration, commissioning

Adjustment and fine-tuning of the existing sensors

VTMIS acceptance testing
-
Familiarization training.
As of today, the VTMIS is under 4 years warranty support.
Background:
VTMIS Bulgaria is the national scale system and is used in the interests of the Maritime Administration, Border Police, Customs, Fishing Authorities and various commercial and governmental companies.
